I had installed black rain over 4 months ago working great. Then I upgraded to windows 7. So I lost I tunes and resyncronised and lost applications on I phone too. I checked the phone it’s running now 3.1.3. A fiend said to try to download then to reboot hold the sleep key and home key together untill the apple symbell arrives the just hold the home key and then the picture arrives. But still it won’t reboot. Any advice it’s drving me mad. All the prenuage tools are for mac not windows..
Yeah as of now no way to unlock or jailbreak 3.1.3 3GS phones. If you have a 2G or 3G running the new baseband you can Jailbreak but not unlock. you need to use pwnagetool on a mac. You could try ih8tsn0w for windows but it’s not great. Geohot and The iPhone dev team have discovered exploits in the new baseband, so it’s just a matter of when they’re going to release them.
