Some users of Jailbroken iPhones have been reporting issues with push notifications not working, especially if those iPhones have been “hacktivated” that is, activated on other networks besides AT&T after Unlocking them. There’s a simple fix for this, a tweak, installable through Cydia called Push Doctor. To install Push Doctor and fix your lingering push issues, ust add the following source to Cydia: http://www.cmdshft.ipwn.me/apt/ and search for Push Doctor. After installing it reboot your iPhone.
Once you reboot you should start getting push notifications again.
